Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to an appointment to qualify for a refund. Any cancellations in less than 14 days will not be eligible for any refunds. All refunds are subject to a £25.00 admin fee.

You may reschedule your appointment with 7 days notice prior to your original booking at no additional cost.
